Open Upright MRI now available! CDI now offers a new kind of open MRI scanner at Mayfair. Our Open Upright MRI, the first of its kind in Wisconsin, allows larger and/or claustrophobic patients to rest easy, while providing clear images to guide diagnosis. Additionally, this scanner is optimal for patients who have difficulty lying down due to breathing or pain issues.
The Open Upright MRI shows more detail than a traditional open-sided MRI system, and is perfect for positional or weight-bearing studies to evaluate the spine or joints. Most patients can even watch TV during their exam! Click here for more information or call 414.774.7226.
Limited Pelvic MRI Exams: Did you know that approximately 40% of women age 35+ have benign uterine fibroids, which can be missed during routine pelvic exams? CDI's Limited Pelvic MRI exam which is less expensive, more comfortable, more accurate and faster than ultrasound for evaluating fibroids.
